Price Change Notice

We launched Escape Key in 2014 at $28/person, and unfortunately it's time for an increase. Starting August 1st, 2022, we'll be raising the price to $32/person. Our seasonal single-room games (currently, the Easter Eggstravaganza) will change from $20/person to $23/person.

This isn't something we do lightly. Brantford needs more fun things for families and groups to do together, and we want to keep Escape Key an affordable activity. We're still in the same ballpark as dinner and a movie, or just dinner at a nice restaurant. And we have a new game in development that we're pretty excited about, and we'll be launching that later this year!

Between Now and August 1st

We'll be keeping the price at $28 until August 1st, including for gift certificates, and games booked before but scheduled to be played on or after that date. If you're considering a game in the fall, you can book it now at the current price. Games are refundable up to 48 hours before game time, and gift certificates are also a great way to lock in the current price.

Gift Certificates

We've always sold gift certificates in multiples of the single-game price plus tax. In other words, a "Single Player Gift Certificate" is $31.64, which is $28 plus tax.

We're going to honour the spirit of these gift certificates, and upgrade them to the new price. We can't do this automatically, but email support@escapekey.ca with your gift certificate code after August 1st, and we'll update it to the new price, at no additional cost to you.
